ONLINE TICKETS SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The online ticket sale and reservation service for events held at the Children’s Museum of Milan, managed on behalf of FONDAZIONE MUBA by MIDATICKET S.R.L., is regulated by the following terms and conditions that must be accepted before any purchase.

Ticket collection

Online tickets purchase or reservation must be collected directly at the ticket counter of the Museum at least 10 minutes before the start of the session or event reserved, upon demonstration of the receipt sent by email which includes: identification code of the reservation, name of purchaser, type of tickets purchased The reservation and purchase always generate an email response including the above data. If you do not receive this message, please contact MIDATICKET S.R.L. by sending an email to customercare@midaticket.it.

Incomplete or unpaid reservations will be cancelled.

It is not possible to use the tickets for dates or sessions other than the ones reserved or purchased.

The tickets purchased are non-refundable and must be shown at any time, as required by staff.

Rules for visiting MUBA
Access to the MUBA exhibits and laboratories is at fixed times and with a limited number of spaces, on a first-served basis.

The visits are accompanied by MUBA educators.

Non-accompanied minors and adults that are not accompanying children are not allowed into the exhibits or laboratories.

It is forbidden to take unauthorized photographs or videos during MUBA events and to bring animals, food or drinks.

The adults are responsible for the behavior of the children they accompany and for any damages done to third-parties or to the structure.

During the visit, the adults are not allowed to leave the children without another adult to supervise.

Methods of payment
Tickets can be paid for exclusively by credit cards belonging to the following circuits: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS through the KeyClient payment system for online transactions.
It is also possible to pay via GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY, SATISPAY, MyBANK or BANCOMAT PAY.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
For this type of purchase, the right of withdrawal is not foreseen. After completing the transaction, it is therefore not possible to cancel the purchase or receive a refund of the nominal price, as it regards the purchase of services related to leisure time, for events with a preset date or period, as foreseen by art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legal Decree 185/1999).
