The presence of at least one adult for every 3 children is mandatory.
Adults are responsible for the children they accompany.
Children and adults access the activities only if they have an entrance ticket.
Adults not accompanying children will not be admitted to the activities.
It will not be possibile to accomodate families late or early than the time indicated on the ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: admission tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used for different dates or slots. It’s possible to give your ticket(s) to other by showing your reservation at the entrance.
If you have a voucher: insert the alphanumeric code of 16 numbers/letters you read close to the sentence “sigillo fiscale” in the section “Do you have a voucher, biglietto regalo o carnet?”
WARNING: It’s necessary to insert the code for each participant.

Children
Colore 2-7 anni – from 2 to 7 years.
Remida 12 mesi-5 anni – from 12 months to 5 years.
Remida 6-11 anni – from 6 to 11 years.
Neo genitori e bambini in gioco – from 4 to 12 months.
Adults
Children over the stated age are considered adults.
Teachers
Upon presentation of a document certifying the profession (e.g. pay slip, contract, email from the manager, etc.).
WARNING:
The free ticket/s reserved for persons not allowed, will be payed at the booking office the day of the visit.
Can children under the specified minimum age participate?
It will not be possible for a child under the age to participate in the activity for safety reasons. If a child under the allowed age accompanies a sibling in the target group he/she does not pay the entrance and should be holded in arms or stay in the stroller.
Carnet 8 admissions
Carnet 8 admissions: 68€ (valid for 8 admissions between children and adults).
Gift Ticket
Gift ticket 2 persons: 18€ (valid for the admission of 1 child and 1 adult).
Gift ticket 3 persons: 27€ (valid for the admission of 3 persons between children and adults).
Gift ticket 4 persons: 34€ (valid for the admission of 4 persons between children and adults).
Valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
Valid for activities such as Remida 12 months-5 years, Remida 6-11 years, Colore 2-7 years and Didolab 2-7 anni. (Cannot be used for “Neogenitori” event).
Gift tickets and carnet 8 admissions are not nominal.
Once purchased you will need to reserve using the seal code contained in the Midaticket purchase confirmation PDF.
