PLEASE NOTE: admission tickets are non-refundable and cannot be used for different dates or slots. It’s possible to give your ticket(s) to other by showing your reservation at the entrance.
If you have a voucher: insert the alphanumeric code of 16 numbers/letters you read close to the sentence “sigillo fiscale” in the section “Do you have a voucher, biglietto regalo o carnet?”
WARNING: It’s necessary to insert the code for each participant.

Children
Didolab – from 3 to 7 years.
Natura – from 2 to 7 years.
Remida 6-11 anni – from 6 to 11 years.
Remida 2-5 anni – from 2 to 5 years.
Adults
Children over the stated age are considered adults.
Teachers
Upon presentation of a document certifying the profession (e.g. pay slip, contract, email from the manager, etc.).
WARNING:
The free ticket/s reserved for persons not allowed, will be payed at the booking office with the pre-sales the day of the visit.
Are children under the specified age allowed?
It will not be possible for a child under the age to participate in the actvity for safety reasons. If a child under the allowed age accompanies a sibling on target for the booked activity then he/she does not pay the entrance fee and stays in the arms or in the stroller (DOESN’T participate in the activity).
